Scholarship funds will be deposited with the SMART Program, which is administered by the United States Bowling Congress. This program was selected to streamline the process for scholarship winners to access their funds. It will also allow bowlers up to eight years from the date they graduated high school to use the funds. Bowlers will receive e-mail verification from the SMART fund administration after each deposit into their account. All funds fall under the SMART program policies and procedures.
