Please check the website to see if it's been updated since you sent your e-mail. If is has and you don't see your name, please send another e-mail. If it hasn't been updated yet, wait until it's been updated before sending additional e-mail messages as the website is only updated periodically.

The purpose of this form is to allow you to pre-register for the next KCO Tournament.  Your entry fee will be due at check-in, the day of the tournament.

If you are unable to bowl in the tournament, you must contact us at least 45 minutes prior to your reserved squad start time or you will be charged a $5.00 "no show" fee.
